Refund Policy

All products sold and shipping charges are non-refundable. Taxes, duties, any related and extra charges for cross-border purchase and shipping are also non-refundable.

Refund is only applicable for scenario (i) and (ii).

(i) Out of Stock
- Refund is available for out of stock products, provided that the full payment has been successfully credited into our bank account;
- We shall instruct our payment gateway service provider to initiate refund back to the payment method account which was used to complete the purchase. Refund in cash, to different person or different payment method account is strictly not permitted.

(ii) System/Technical issue causes multiple same transactions/orders
- The buyer shall immediately give written notification to us via email (contact@bettergoods.asia) or Whatsapp (+60108228616) on the multiple same transactions/orders and his/her intention to cancel the related transaction(s)/order(s). We are not responsible and have no obligation to re-check or re-confirm for any multiple same transactions made by the same or identical buyer details;
- In the event we received such written notifcation from the buyer, we shall advise the buyer to contact the respective card issuance institution or payment solution provider to stop the payment immediately, or to wait until the multiple same transactions/orders and full payment are successfully credited into our bank account and after our internal checking;
- We shall refund to the buyer of the full amount paid if it is confirmed that the multiple same transactions/orders are caused by system/technical issue, and not buyer's own intention to cancel the transaction(s)/order(s);
- We shall impose a ten-percent (10%) administration charges on amount paid and deduct it from the refund amount if the multiple same transactions/orders are not caused by system/technical issue, and the buyer intends to cancel it;
- We shall instruct our payment gateway service provider to initiate refund back to the payment method account which was used to complete the purchase. Refund in cash, to different person or different payment method account is strictly not permitted;
- Order(s) which has been handed-over to the delivery/shipping service provider shall be deemed as 'already been shipped out' and cancellation at this stage is not allowed, thus it is non-refundable.

(iii) Exchangeable for other product(s) subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Within three (3) days from the date of successful delivery, the buyer must give written request and reason to exchange for other product(s) from his/her email and/or mobile number which were used in the purchase to us via email (contact@bettergoods.asia) or WhatsApp (+60108228616);
- Buyer's full payment of the purchase must be successfully approved and credited into our bank account (referred to as the "final purchase price");
- The total value of exchange product(s) must be at least the same value of the final purchase price, and to top up payment if more than the final purchase price. No refund or reimbursement will be made to the buyer if the total value of exchange product(s) lesser than the final purchase price;
- The buyer is required to return the purchased product(s) and must be remained sealed, unopened, unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it. It must also be in the original packaging without any attempt to repack after opening;
- The buyer shall pay for all shipping charges including returning and exchanging the product(s);
- Once the return of product(s) is received and inspected by us, we will notify the buyer whether the request to exchange is acceptable;
- We do not accept any request to exchange after three (3) days from date of successful delivery.

(iv) Replacement for the same product due to manufacturer defects subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Within three (3) days from the date of successful delivery, the buyer must give written request and reason for replacement from his/her email and/or mobile number which were used in the purchase to us via email (contact@bettergoods.asia) or WhatsApp (+60108228616);
- Buyer's full payment of the purchase must be successfully approved and credited into our bank account (referred to as the "final purchase price");
- We only replace with the same product if it is manufacturer defects, exclude damages caused by own negligence and wear-and-tear. The 1-on-1 replacement is an one-time replacement only;
- The buyer is required to return the defective product with original packaging, complete set of accessories and instruction manual/ inserts;
- Once the return of product is received and inspected by us, we will notify the buyer whether the request for replacement is acceptable;
- If the request for replacement exceeded the said three (3) days, we shall deal with it on case-to-case basis and proceed with warranty (if any);
- If it is genuinely the manufacturer defects, we shall absorb the return and replacement shipping charges (applicable for shipping within Malaysia only).
