Ready-Stock Product
West and East Malaysia shipping duration is from 3 to 7 working days after receipt of full payment and subject to stock availability and shipping/ delivery schedules. Shipping to overseas (outside Malaysia) is within 7 to 14 working days after receipt of full payment and subject to stock availability and shipping/ delivery schedules.
Pre-Order and Out-of-Stock Product
Pre-Order and Out-of-Stock Product shipping may involve longer duration as all products are fully-imported and subject to shipping schedules availability, export and import customs clearance, new policies or restrictions (if any), unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and etc, which ultimately may cause delay in delivery. Therefore, the product(s) sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. BetterGoods shall do its best level to ensure fastest delivery of product(s) to the buyers.
Shipping, Duty, Tax and Tariff (if any) Charges
Shipping, duty and tax charges are included in the Selling Price for all products sold and to be delivered within Malaysia only. Whilst, shipping, duty and tax charges are excluded in the Selling Price for all products sold and to be delivered to overseas (outside Malaysia). Buyer shall select the product(s) and proceed to the check out page as shipping charges are based on size, weight and volume. Upon entering your shipping details, the system will auto calculate the shipping charges based on your given address. International shipping is subject to schedules availability.
For all international orders, Buyer will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. If the value of the product(s) or the total order exceeds the customs standards of the country, this may delay the delivery duration to you as the product(s) held at customs will be your responsibility to settle the necessary charges for local authorities to release the product(s)/goods.
Order Status & Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with respective logistics online portal. You will have to bear the additional charges for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
